Set in a leafy Brisbane suburd against a state forest, this 11m x 4.5m pool sits out of the ground 3m at the deep end. Featuring an horizon edge to the end & one side of the wading pool with an embedded air system in the floor & 3 finger water jets in a raised wall, this exotic but practical poolscape converted an almost unusable backyard into a home resort. Large timber decks extend from the back of the house on two levels to create large outdoor living & play spaces above & beside the pool.
Pool interior is Beadcrete with a Bisazza glass mosaic feature tile, solar heating, sand filtration & salt water chlorination drive the pool & large rainwater tanks feed the automatic water levelling unit.
