Steeply sloping site located in a creek easement and vegetation protection zone, this pool and spa are part of a greater design which includes a pool pavilion, loggia, orchid pavilion, fountain, aviary, driveway and front fence. The integration of the demanding site with the clients very specific brief were challenging but finally rewarding. This refined and resolved poolscape features a Beadcrete Interior, Bisazza Glass Mosaic Tiles and Eco-Outdoor stone paving (Cobb&Co & Harvest) and stone wall facings (Mitta Mitta). The timbers used in the landscape structures is typically Teak stained and treated with Cutek Extreme for longevity. The pool features a PC2000 in-floor cleaning system and the spa is gas heated. Cobb & Co stone tiling extends underwater over the two full-length underwater benches and a black PVC grating down each side of the pool is a wet-deck system that allows the water surface level to be the same as the concourse level around the pool.
